When will I get my tracking number?
Within 24–48 hours of placing your order, by email. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first — then email us and we'll resend it.
What if my order is delayed?
Carriers occasionally run behind in peak periods. If your order is outside the 3–7 business day window, email us with your order number — every shipment is insured, so if anything is lost in transit we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is always free — no minimums, no checkout surprises.
