Welcome to Rovedog. This website and store are operated by ECOM-VIBES S.L. ("Rovedog", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
We may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be published on this page.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color or finish may occur.
We make every effort to display accurate product information and verified specifications. Obvious errors (typos, incorrect pricing) may be corrected, and affected orders cancelled and refunded.

3. Orders & payment

Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's secure, SSL-encrypted payment system.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities per person or per order (e.g. suspected reseller activity or fraud). If we cancel an order, you'll be notified by email and fully refunded.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days in the United States, free of charge. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & guarantee

6. Product use & safety

Rovedog is designed for use with dogs under adult supervision, following the included instructions.
Never point the launch opening at the face of a person or animal.
Regularly check balls for wear and replace damaged balls to keep play safe.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — is the property of ECOM-VIBES S.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOM-VIBES S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or state of residence.
