How it works

You have 6 months (180 days) from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.
Email us at support.rovedog@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. That's it — no forms, no interrogation.
We'll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You'll receive an email confirmation the moment the refund is processed.

Damaged or defective items

If your Rovedog arrives damaged or stops working as it should, email us a photo or short video at support.rovedog@gmail.com and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
