Shipping Policy

Every Rovedog order ships free within the United States, tracked and insured door to door.

Processing time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days) of being placed.
• You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Delivery time

• Once processed, delivery takes 3–7 business days anywhere in the United States.
• As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
• You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping costs

$0. Shipping to the United States is always free — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Delays

Carriers occasionally run behind during peak periods or severe weather. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support.rovedog@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you — and if a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Every shipment is insured.
