Free U.S. shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States - no minimum, no code needed. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

How fast it ships

Your Honewood is packed and on its way within 1-2 business days of your order. We don't offer same-day dispatch - orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.

When it arrives

Once it ships, your order typically lands within 5-8 business days, depending on where you are. Most arrive toward the earlier end of that range. These are estimates rather than guarantees - weather or a busy season can add a little time.

Tracking and insurance

The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Every shipment is tracked and insured in transit. If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, check your spam folder for our email first, then reach out and we'll look into it.

Where we ship

Right now we ship within the United States only. We'd love to reach more kitchens and may add other countries later - if you're outside the U.S. and want a Honewood, email us and we'll let you know the moment we can send you one.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking stalls for an unusually long time, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, email us with your order number. Because every shipment is insured, we'll open a claim and get a replacement moving or refund you - you won't be left out of pocket for a package that went missing on the way to you. If your Honewood arrives damaged, send us a photo of the item and packaging within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right, shipping included.
